We’re looking for hungry, self-starting appointment setters who can turn cold prospects into booked calls for Kudexa.
Your entire workflow will happen through Instagram and LinkedIn DMs — no cold calling, no email blasts. Just direct, high-quality conversations with decision-makers.
You’ll be:
– Finding and connecting with qualified prospects (local service businesses & small business owners)
– Starting natural, non-salesy conversations in DMs
– Building interest in our offer
– Booking qualified calls directly onto our calendar
This role is fully remote and performance-driven.
What matters:
– Clear, confident English
– Consistency (daily outreach is key)
– Ability to learn fast and adapt
– Driven by results, not hourly pay
Compensation:
Commission-only — you get paid for every qualified appointment that shows up.
No cap. The more you book, the more you earn.
