Hiring Singaporean tele-marketer

I need a Singapore-based experienced telemarketer who can do cold calls and handle objections effectively to convert to a F2F/zoom appointment. You will be calling Singapore consumers, introducing insurance/investments whichever is your specialisation and link them up with me to meet F2F/zoom.

Requirements:
1. Have experience with cold calling
2. Know how to handle objections properly
3. Able to set a decent amount of appointments
4. Show your resume
5. Zoom record when you’re calling (no need webcam, only need voice) and write down the replies in the remarks section in an excel that I will send you and also screenshot your call history <- If requirement number 5 is not fulfilled, you will not get paid

Salary:
1. I will pay you $60/100calls (reasonable pricing since there will be a large group of missed calls and with your experience you wouldn’t be taking more than 3 hours to make 100 calls, that’s as good as me paying more than $20/h)

2. I’ll supply a calling list, every successful F2F/zoom meeting set I will pay you bonus, excluding those who say yes but end up not showing up
