Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote – US Preferred)

We are hiring Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to book qualified sales calls for our digital automation agency.

Niches:
HVAC, Solar, Roofing, Electricians, Plumbers

Offer:
High-ticket systems ($3,000–$4,000 per client)

Compensation:
This is a commission-only role
You will earn 10% per closed client, paid out immediately after each sale.
Average setter earns $300–$400 per booked sale.
Top performers can earn $3,000–$6,000/month.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to warm & cold leads
Book qualified appointments in our calendar
Follow scripts and frameworks
Keep track of conversations and lead notes
Hit daily & weekly KPI targets

Requirements:

MUST be able to call US phone numbers (US-based preferred)
Strong spoken English
Experience in appointment setting or high-ticket closing (preferred)
Professional, reliable, consistent
Able to make 50–100 calls/day
Good communication skills
