THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join a rapidly scaling commercial cleaning business in Los Angeles. We’re on track to hit $20,000+ monthly profit and need someone who can book 15-25 qualified walkthroughs per month consistently. This isn’t a side gig - we want a dedicated professional who can handle serious volume.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Cold call commercial businesses (offices, medical practices, dental offices, small retail)
• Book qualified cleaning service walkthroughs using our proven scripts
• Target: 15-25 walkthroughs monthly minimum (top performers can earn significantly more)
• Use provided lead lists and Google Sheets for tracking
• Track all activity and results meticulously
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Proven track record booking 50+ appointments monthly in B2B services
• Clear, professional English with minimal to no accent (US/Canadian accent preferred)
• Available 6+ hours daily during US business hours (PST preferred)
• Google Sheets experience for lead tracking and reporting
• Hungry for results - you’re motivated by hitting and exceeding targets
COMPENSATION:
• $75 per qualified walkthrough (our average closer books 20+ monthly = $1,500)
• Volume bonuses: 25+ walkthroughs = $100/each, 30+ = $125/each
• Conversion bonuses: $50 extra when your walkthroughs close into contracts
• Top performers earning $3,000-$4,000+ monthly
