About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our high-performance life coaching team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify qualified prospects, build trust through meaningful conversations, and book appointments for high-ticket life coaching consultations.
This is not a cold-calling job — it requires a consultative approach, emotional intelligence, and deep listening skills to filter out serious prospects from casual inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with warm leads from different funnels (WhatsApp, social media, events, referrals, etc.).
Use a set of structured qualifying questions to identify serious and financially committed prospects.
Understand the prospect’s pain points, desires, and goals to determine if they are a good fit.
Clearly communicate the value of high-ticket life coaching programs.
Book qualified leads into the coach’s calendar for 1:1 clarity calls.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow up consistently, and ensure a high show-up rate.
Provide feedback to the sales/marketing team about lead quality and customer objections.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in appointment setting, telesales, or client relationship management (preferably in coaching, consulting, or personal development industries).
Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with empathy.
Must be fluent in Marathi and Hindi (English is a plus).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Zoom preferred.
Performance Expectations
Daily/weekly targets for number of qualified appointments booked.
Maintain high conversion rate from lead → booked call → attended call.
Report lead insights and call performance regularly.
Compensation
Freelance / Commission-based (performance-linked incentives).
