Health & Life Insurance Cold Caller

I need a seasoned phone professional who can confidently cold-call individual prospects and turn them into qualified appointments—or, even better, immediate policy holders—for my health and life insurance products. You will work from curated lead lists, follow a proven script that we can adapt together, and log every interaction in the cloud dialer/CRM system I provide.

Your day will revolve around high-volume outreach, objection handling, and clear next-step setting. Ethical selling and strict compliance with Do-Not-Call regulations are non-negotiable. I’m measuring success by the number of verified appointments or direct sales you generate each week, not by raw talk time.

Deliverables
• 80+ outbound calls per shift with detailed notes captured in the CRM
• 10 or more qualified appointments or policy sales every week
• Daily recap summarising key objections, wins, and suggested script tweaks

Acceptance Criteria
Call recordings and CRM notes must align, show professional conduct, and meet the weekly conversion target with zero compliance breaches.

Preferred tools include Mojo, CallTools, or a comparable cloud dialer, though I can supply access if needed.
