English-Speaking Appointment Setter (circa 15 hours/week)

I run a recruitment agency that places Romanian and Moldovan truck drivers with small transport and logistics companies across Germany. I am looking for someone who can spend about 15 hours a week turning cold numbers into qualified appointments.
Here is how the workflow looks:
• Make the initial outbound call straight to the owner’s mobile, presenting our driver-recruitment service in clear, neutral English (accents from the Indian-subcontinent will not suit this market).
• Log every outcome inside our cloud-based CRM the moment you hang up.
• Schedule and manage recallings for owners who ask to be contacted later.
• Handle follow-up calls until a firm appointment is booked in my calendar.
Most owners are German, Romanian, Polish, Turkish or Arabic, and they already need drivers, so conversations stay friendly rather than hard-sell. What matters is consistency: disciplined record-keeping, punctual callbacks and a calm, confident telephone presence.
If you are fluent in English and comfortable dialing European mobiles, you will fit right in.
