US/Dubai/UK - Appointment Setters - Commission Based

Hi, We’re hiring 2 U.S.-based Appointment Setters (native-level U.S. English preferred). Most of our clients are in the aesthetics and medical industries.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads through calls, text or email, collect booking deposits, and add confirmed appointments to the clinic’s calendar.
- Manage and optimize lead follow-up workflows tracked in CRM.

Requirements:
- U.S.-based with native-level English (please do not apply if you don’t meet this).
- Experience in appointment setting, outbound sales
- Part-time (can be Full-time)
- Availability to start ASAP
- Experience with any CRM will be plus.

Compensation:
- 10% commission on each project close + Bonus

$10/appointment booked + 7% Commission
