Dental Clinics Cold Calling Expert
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
Description:
I run a dental implant lead-generation business (Implant Options) and I'm looking for an experienced UK-based cold caller to contact a small, targeted list of dental clinics on my behalf.
My offer to clinics is simple and low-pressure: they receive the first 5 qualified dental implant leads completely free to test the quality, then continue on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis (£35 per lead) if they're happy. There's no risk to the clinic, which makes this an easy, positive call to make.
This is a small, fixed-budget test project — not a monthly retainer or a long pilot. I want to test fit and see real results before discussing anything larger. If it goes well, there is genuine scope for ongoing work across a wider clinic list.
The job:
* Call up to 5–7 UK dental clinics from my provided list
* Up to 3 call attempts per clinic if the decision-maker is unavailable
* Ask for the named decision-maker (I'll provide names — usually the principal dentist or practice manager)
* Deliver my prepared script naturally and professionally, and adapt to questions confidently
* Record the calls (for my review — quality and coaching) and provide written notes per clinic
Notes required per clinic:
* Clinic name, person spoken to, role/title
* Outcome of the call
* Objections or questions raised
* Interest level (Hot / Warm / Cold / Not suitable)
* Follow-up needed and next action
Budget & structure:
This is a results-focused test to start, with genuine ongoing work for the right person.
Phase 1 — Initial test (up to £450): I'll pay a small base fee for your time calling the first 5–7 clinics, plus a performance bonus for each clinic that accepts my free-trial offer (and a larger bonus if a clinic goes on to become a paying customer). I'd rather reward real results than pay purely for dials, so please propose your base fee and bonus structure. Total Phase 1 budget is up to £450, weighted toward results.
Phase 2 — Full rollout (£700–£1,500+): If the test goes well, I'll continue with the rest of my clinic list (around 20 clinics total), with a larger overall budget of £700–£1,500 depending on volume and results. There's real scope here for an ongoing working relationship, not a one-off job.
I'm looking for someone I can build a longer-term arrangement with — so a strong, professional test performance leads directly to continued, well-paid work.
Please include in your proposal:
1. Your experience with UK B2B appointment setting / cold calling
2. Whether you've called dental clinics, healthcare, or local service businesses before
3. Whether you're UK-based and a native or near-native English speaker (these are British dental practices)
4. Whether you can record calls and provide detailed notes
5. A short voice sample (2–3 mins) performing part of a script, including handling one off-script question naturally — I'll provide a script to read for this
6. What outcome you'd realistically expect from 5–7 clinics
I'm looking for genuine, quality conversations and real clinic interest — not just completed dials. A natural, professional, local-sounding manner matters.
