Daily Telemarketing Appointment Setter
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I have a list of individual consumers who have already expressed interest in previous campaign.
Your role is to call through that list each workday:
- Call warm / cold leads who have previously expressed interest in our marketing campaigns
- Introduce and promote upcoming new launches
- Understand prospects’ requirements and interest level
- Fix appointments and schedule Zoom calls with the consultant to speak with them in more depth
- Update call outcomes clearly after each session in the excel
You’ll receive:
• An excel with Names and phone numbers of the prospects
• A short call script and common FAQ responses
• My live calendar link for booking the appointments
Requirements:
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
- Good communication skills (English required; Mandarin is an advantage)
- Able to follow scripts and handle basic objections
- Responsible, consistent, and results-oriented
- Prior telemarketing or sales experience is a bonus (training can be provided)
Working Arrangement
- Flexible hours (part-time / freelance welcome)
- Work-from-home
What I need back from you after each session:
• The time-stamped call log showing who was reached, messages left, or appointments secured
• Any notes on objections or follow-up items
