Location: Remote
Payment: Commission only, paid per booked call that shows + bonus on closed clients.
About the Role
I’m looking for someone who already knows how to handle DM conversations and book calls. This is not a training position. If you need scripts, playbooks, or step-by-step guidance, this is not for you.
You must already be confident running DM conversations, qualifying leads, and moving people toward a booked call without sounding robotic.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Handling conversations in my Instagram inbox
• Qualifying leads based on simple criteria
• Booking calls into my calendar
• Keeping track of follow-ups
• Staying consistent day-to-day
Requirements
• You have past experience as a DM setter or appointment setter
• You understand tonality and can speak like a real person
• You can drive conversations without sounding pushy
• You can think for yourself and make decisions in the moment
• Reliable communication and consistent daily activity
