Your single focus is setting qualified appointments; every call, follow-up, and voicemail should move prospects toward a confirmed slot on my calendar. The role is 100 % commission and averages about $150 per closed appointment right now, with plenty of headroom as volume grows.

Deliverables I expect
• Daily call log with outcome notes
• Calendar entries for each appointment, including prospect details
• Brief recap of objections or questions raised, so I can tailor follow-up
