Comission-Only Cold Caller
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 CAD
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency expanding across Canada and the U.S., and we’re looking for a hungry, motivated, commission-only Cold Caller to book qualified appointments for our elite sales team.
If you’re energetic, fearless on the phone, and driven by uncapped earning potential, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
1. Make outbound calls to business owners in the home-improvement, legal, wellness, and service-based industries
2. Follow a proven script and outreach framework to generate interest
3. Identify qualified prospects and schedule sales appointments for our closers
4. Update lead information and call notes in our CRM (Go High Level)
5. Meet and exceed weekly KPIs (dials, conversations, and booked appointments)
6. Collaborate with our sales team to improve pitch angles and book higher-quality appointments
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong English communication, clear, confident, and persuasive
2. Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing
3. High energy with the ability to handle rejection professionally
4. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to follow processes
5. Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
6. A desire to grow with a fast-scaling agency
Compensation
- Commission-only role
- Uncapped commissions
- Earn 10% per closed deal
- Additional performance bonuses and incentives
- Realistic earning potential: $5,000+ per month for consistent setters
