Cold Calling and Lead Qualification Specialist
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are a premium creative company providing corporate photography and video services to businesses across the United States. We are looking to work with an experienced outbound caller who can both qualify leads and advance conversations when a prospect is interested.
This role is not limited to basic appointment setting. The ideal candidate can recognize buying signals, confidently discuss services at a high level, and continue the conversation in real time when a decision maker is available. When appropriate, you will also schedule follow-up calls.
Responsibilities include:
• Outbound calling to US-based businesses
• Professional representation of our brand on live calls
• Identifying and speaking with decision makers
• Qualifying interest accurately and honestly
• Continuing conversations with engaged prospects
• Logging call outcomes clearly and consistently
All calls must be trackable and recorded. This is required. You may use your own dialer system if available.
Time commitment:
• 20 hours per week to start
• Monday through Friday
• Approximately 4 hours per day
• Must overlap with US Central Standard Time business hours
• Opportunity to increase hours based on performance
Compensation:
• Starting rate: $3 per hour
• Performance review after 30 days
• Opportunity for increase based on results and reliability
Trial period:
• 2-hour paid trial
• Paid at the starting rate
This role is best suited for candidates based outside the United States and is intended to become a long-term collaboration for the right person.
