Cold Calling and Appoinment Setting for Leadership Seminars
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I run a leadership-development firm that delivers in-person workshops and virtual seminars designed to enhance leadership skills inside growing organisations. To keep my calendar full, I need support with two tightly linked tasks: identifying qualified decision-makers and securing appointments with them by phone.
Your core focus will be outbound calling. I will supply an ideal-client profile and a starter list; you can add fresh prospects as you research. During each call you will introduce our leadership workshops, handle initial questions, and lock in a discovery meeting on my calendar. Once the meeting is set you’ll log the details in the shared CRM (HubSpot) and send a brief confirmation email to the prospect.
For efficiency I expect you to:
• Place a minimum number of calls per day (we can agree on a target together).
• Keep concise notes in the CRM so I can pick up the conversation seamlessly.
• Provide a short weekly summary: dials made, conversations held, appointments booked, and notable feedback.
Familiarity with common VoIP dialers, Google Sheets or similar, and basic CRM navigation is essential; clear, confident spoken English is non-negotiable. Experience booking workshops or professional-development programs is a plus but not required if you have proven appointment-setting results elsewhere.
If you thrive on friendly persuasion and can consistently convert cold leads into warm meetings, let’s talk and get the phones ringing.
