We’re currently expanding our outbound team and looking for a motivated, English-fluent cold caller based in India who’s hungry to earn high commissions by setting qualified appointments with business owners interested in funding.
Responsibilities:
Make 200 outbound calls per day to small-business owners (data provided or self-sourced lists).
Use provided scripts to introduce our business funding programs.
Identify business owners who are actively seeking capital or interested in funding options.
Schedule qualified appointments for our U.S. funding specialist (via Calendly or CRM).
Record all call activity and lead details in our tracking sheet or CRM.
Compensation:
100% Commission-Only – paid per qualified appointment or per closed deal (we’ll discuss structure).
Top performers can easily earn $500–$2,000+/month depending on volume and performance.
Long-term growth potential for consistent performers (team lead roles, bonuses, etc.).
Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in spoken and written English with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.
Has experience in cold calling / telemarketing / appointment setting for U.S. clients.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Confident communicator who isn’t afraid of rejection.
Available to call during U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred).
