Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for US Clients (Commission-Based)

We are Mavence, a B2B Service Agency, we provide website and SEO , Graphics Designing , Video editing , Social media management and Automation services and we’re looking for a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help us reach US-based clients.
What you’ll do:
Cold call potential US clients
Pitch our services briefly and professionally
Book qualified Zoom meetings for our team
Update call status and basic notes
You are NOT required to close deals. Closing will be handled by us.
Compensation:
10–15% commission per client closed
Potential earning: $80–$120 USD per client
No earning cap – performance-based role
Requirements:
Good spoken English
Confidence in cold calling
Comfortable with US time zones
Prior cold calling / appointment-setting experience
