Client Appointment Setting Assistant
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Appointment setting with potential clients will take a few hours of your day. I also have full time shifts available. I’ll supply lead lists and a calendar link; you’ll handle outreach via phone, qualify each prospect against simple criteria I’ll share, then lock in a meeting slot for me.
Beyond that core task, I’ll rely on you for quick-turn data entry, light lead generation to keep the pipeline fresh, and brief market-research summaries when we enter new verticals. Accuracy and clear, same-day status notes in Google Sheets are non-negotiable so I can see exactly where every contact stands.
If you’ve booked calls for founders, sales teams, or agencies before, tell me about it. Your application should focus on experience—what tools you used, how many appointments you secured, and any conversion wins you can quantify. I’m happy to walk through my process, but you should arrive comfortable with CRMs, Google Workspace, and basic prospecting tools like Apollo or ZoomInfo so we can get moving on day one.
Weekly deliverables:
• Confirmed meetings added to my calendar
• Updated lead tracker with contact outcomes
• A short Friday recap of results and any data/market insights uncovered
Keep time zones and resourcefulness on your side, and this can turn into steady, long-term work.
