BtoC appointment setting for HVAC Company in Canada

We are a well established HVAC company located in the GTA region (Grand Toronto Area). We are currently looking for someone who is interested in joining our team in our friendly, fast paced online call center.

What we offer;

- Starting wage can be hourly for the right candidate but we offer a fair pay per appointment (no confirmation).
- Paid internet and some similar utilities after 3 months.
- work from home position.
- A pleasant work atmosphere
- Work hours are approx. 9:00am - 3:00 pm. Monday thru Friday

Successful applicants will have;

- An ability to answer 100 + phone calls per day (no maunal dialing).
- A proven track record of BtoC appointment setting
- Pleasant phone etiquette, enjoy talking with our customers
- Basic typing and computer skills
- An ability to work as part of a team or own their own
- Be able to clearly read, write and speak fluent English
