Bosnian Lead Generation Specialist (Full-time).

Silverlight Research Network is looking for a motivated and reliable Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position focused on outbound calling and lead qualification. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, have clear communication skills, and be comfortable engaging potential clients professionally.

Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects
-Generate and qualify leads for the sales/research team
-Follow call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation
-Accurately record call outcomes and prospect information
-Meet daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Requirements:
-Based in Bosnia & Herzegovina
-Good spoken English and clear phone communication skills
-Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound calling is an advantage
-Strong work ethic and ability to work full-time remotely
-Quiet working environment and reliable internet connection
