Bilingual Medical Appointment Setter
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
I manage a growing tele-health practice and need a full-time remote agent who can speak to prospective patients in both French and English. All of your calls will be to warm leads generated by our social-media campaigns; you simply confirm their interest, check a few basic qualifiers and reserve a slot for a FREE medical consultation—no selling involved.
Day to day you will:
• phone inbound leads only
• schedule consultations inside Go HighLevel
• keep concise notes so our clinicians have context
• stay in touch with me and the team on Slack
What I’m looking for:
• fluent, confident conversation in French and English
• previous call-center or appointment-setting experience, ideally in a healthcare context
• 40 hours of weekly availability, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
Compensation is USD 4–6 per hour, paid daily, plus additional bonuses for every appointment that both books and attends.
