Appointment-Setting Cold Caller Wanted

I need an experienced, upbeat cold caller who can turn a list of small–business prospects into confirmed sales meetings for me. The sole objective of each call is to secure a calendar slot with the decision-maker; there is no need to close a deal or run a product demo on the phone.

You will work from a targeted list (or build/clean one if you have stronger data sources) and follow a brief yet persuasive script that I’ll share on day one. Your job is to:

• Call owners or managers of small businesses, quickly identify pain points, and move the conversation toward booking a 20-minute sales meeting.
• Log each interaction in my CRM (HubSpot or a similar platform you prefer).
• Send me a daily update that includes call counts, connection rates, and the meetings you locked in.

Calls can be made through your own VoIP dialer or I can provide access to ours—whichever keeps you moving efficiently. I’m aiming for a steady flow of qualified appointments, so reliability and clear communication matter more to me than sheer volume.
