Appointment-Setting Cold Caller
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have a recruitment agency client and want to fill their calendar with discovery calls from companies that are actively looking to hire. Your mission is straightforward: pick up the phone, introduce our service, and lock in qualified appointments.
What you’ll do
• Call decision-makers at potential client companies from my lead list (or your own, if you have a proven source).
• Follow the script I provide, yet feel free to tweak wording on the fly if you know a line that lands better.
• Confirm interest, book a meeting in my Calendly, and log call notes/outcomes in a shared Google Sheet.
What I’m looking for
• Confident, English-speaking cold caller with prior B2B appointment-setting experience.
• Comfortable overcoming objections and quickly conveying our value as a recruitment partner.
• Reliable workspace and VOIP/phone setup so you can hit the ground running.
Success criteria
• Each booked appointment must be with a company that has an active or upcoming hiring need.
• Meetings must be scheduled for my available slots and include the contact’s name, role, and phone/email.
• Call notes recorded the same day so I can review and prepare.
If this sounds like your zone of genius, tell me about your cold-calling results and the tools you like to use. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
