Scaleflo is a fast-growing lead generation and sales outsourcing agency helping local service providers and B2B service businesses in the US scale through high-converting ad campaigns and done-for-you sales systems.

We’re looking for a driven Appointment Setter to join our sales team and help us connect qualified leads with our closers.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls, emails, and DMs to leads generated by our marketing team.
• Pre-qualify prospects based on set criteria.
• Schedule appointments/calls between prospects and closers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly booking targets.
• Build rapport and handle initial objections to ensure high show-up rates.

Requirements
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or cold calling (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Comfortable working with scripts and adapting conversations when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
