Role Summary:
We need reliable appointment setters to contact warm leads and book consultations with our licensed CPAs. Leads come from our online tax quiz — these are people who already expressed interest in tax help.

Responsibilities:
- Call warm leads (not cold calling)
- Qualify prospects by confirming they need professional tax filing assistance
- Book appointments with our CPA team
- Follow provided call script

Pay Structure:

- $3-5 USD per confirmed appointment
- Performance-based only (other options negotiable)
- Paid bi-weekly or monthly

What We Provide:

- Detailed call script
- US calling tool/phone number
- Leads delivered daily (3-5 initially, 10-15 later)
- Flexible scheduling within 9am-6pm US Eastern Time

Must-Have Requirements:

- Fluent English with American or neutral accent
- Prior call center, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
- Stable internet connection
- Professional demeanor on calls
- Availability during US EST hours
