I need an experienced appointment setter to phone construction company leads my team will supply. Your single objective is to move each conversation toward a booked meeting—no pitching products, just securing qualified slots on my calendar.
Here is how we’ll work together:
• I’ll drop fresh leads into Hubspot once a week.
• You call, handle objections in fluent, professional English, and jot concise call notes in the sheet.
• We touch base in a daily (or, if you prefer, weekly) Google Meet to review activity, discuss hurdles, and refine talk-tracks.
Deliverables
1. Completed call log with outcome codes and brief notes for every number dialed.
2. Calendly links populated with confirmed meeting times.
3. End-of-day/-week summary so we can track momentum at a glance.
