**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES **
Sourcing leads from various network groups including Facebook groups, yoga teacher training providers and others.
Reaching booked meeting goals and ensuring that they have enough lists to call to hit these goals
Engaging and inviting them for a free discovery call
Setting up and confirming appointments online or over the phone with prospective students and clients for Breakthrough Coach and making outbound calls to those prospects.
Familiarise yourself with essential details of the Modern Yoga Teacher’s signature program.
Must be able to maintain a high level of productivity whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Contacting prospective clients when the opportunity arises.
Organize a consultation between the prospective student and a Breakthrough Coach (Sales Executive).
Tracking all calls, including those that go unanswered.
Contacting prospective clients that you are unable to contact.
Be sure to notify the Breakthrough Manager of recurrent complaints regarding the program.
Ensure that every company-generated lead is contacted, added to the database, profiled, and resulted quickly and efficiently.
PAY STRUCTURE:
This is base salary + commission position with the opportunity to earn with a range depending on your skill level (Good setter - $45,000+, Great setter, - $65,000+ )
Bonuses are offered in addition to commissions earned.
WORK HOURS:
We are looking for an individual that is a personable, thorough appointment setter to contact prospective clients via telephone and e-mail, be able to identify the needs of a potential client and generate interest in our signature program.
You have extreme ownership, care about people, and have the drive to do what it takes to hit their numbers and results. As we promote a balanced work-life lifestyle here in Modern Yoga Teacher, we technically do not track working hours as long as you hit your targets and results. But of course, there will be some weeks where you're going to have more work than others.
