The focus is straightforward: every call should finish with a booked slot for a short consultation—nothing more, nothing less. I supply basic talking points and rebuttal notes; you refine the flow, keep the conversation natural, and make sure decision-makers feel at ease.
Compensation is fixed at ₹85,000 per month, reflecting the volume and quality targets we need to hit. Daily activity must be logged, and confirmed appointments entered into the CRM before EOD.
