Trainer for application performance management

I am seeking a trainer to provide IT application performance management training for beginners. The training should be provided in an online format. Specifically, I need a trainer who is experienced in teaching performance management concepts and techniques to those new to the field. I am looking for an instructor who can maintain the interest and focus of the learners by delivering content in a clear and structured manner. The training should provide hands-on opportunities as well as video and/or online content to be viewed at the learners own convenience. The goal of the training is to provide a comprehensive understanding of performance management concepts and techniques to those new to the field.
