Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced End User Computing (EUC) Subject Matter Expert with 10+ years of enterprise experience, specializing in endpoint vulnerability management and third-party application patching. The role serves as the SME for risk-based remediation across Windows endpoints and AVD environments, with deep hands-on expertise in Tenable Patch Management and/or Adaptiva OneSite. The focus is on reducing security risk, meeting remediation SLAs, and ensuring audit-ready patching operations with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities
· Act as SME for endpoint vulnerability remediation, supporting identification, prioritization, and closure of vulnerabilities in collaboration with Cyber Security teams.
· Define and implement enterprise patching strategies for Windows and third-party applications across Endpoints and AVDs.
· Design, orchestrate, and maintain patch workflows using Tenable Patch Management and/or Adaptiva OneSite.
· Own end-to-end third-party application patching, including onboarding, testing, validation, deployment, and rollback.
· Apply risk-based prioritization (CVSS, exploitability, asset criticality, business impact) to remediation decisions.
· Monitor patch compliance, deployment success, and remediation SLAs, including exception and risk-acceptance handling.
· Produce operational and executive-level compliance reporting for security, leadership, and audit stakeholders.
· Act as an L3 escalation point for endpoint patching, security incidents, and complex deployment issues.
· Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes.
· Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
· Collaborate with Security, Release Management, Infrastructure, and Application teams to ensure patch readiness and controlled deployments.

Required Skills & Experience
· 10+ years’ experience in EUC / Endpoint Management / Endpoint Security roles.
· Proven SME-level expertise with Tenable Patch Management and/or Adaptiva OneSite.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
· Deep understanding of Vulnerability Management lifecycles, remediation SLAs, audit requirements, and compliance.
· Experience with application packaging, testing, and deployment.
· Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
· Experience operating in large, regulated enterprise environments.
