Convert React Web App to Windows Desktop App (.exe) using Electron

I need to convert an existing React + Express web application
into a standalone Windows desktop application using Electron.

CURRENT STACK:
- React 18 + TypeScript + Vite
- Node.js + Express backend
- PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM (needs SQLite conversion)

DELIVERABLES:
1. Windows installer (.exe file)
2. SQLite database implementation
3. Must work 100% offline
4. All features working (invoice, Excel export, printing)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must sign NDA before receiving source code
- Show previous Electron projects
- Milestone-based payment
