Fixing a Screen Door (to close properly)

I am looking for a skilled professional to fix my hinged screen door, which is currently not closing properly. The ideal candidate will have experience with door repair and replacement parts.

I put some some paint on tiles long time ago it might be because of it (electric sander may be needed or it be fixed adjusting the screen door height)
