iOS app upload

I want a developer experienced with developing and uploading apps to the Apple App Store to help with finalizing and uploading an iOS app. This app was already built completely ready to be uploaded as it is integrated with Apple Pay and has a mobile design on a web server. I want a developer to complete all of the necessary tasks to have it uploaded and published, including adding a splash page and any additional requirements, such as making sure the web view and functionality is working properly.
