Email Address Send Photos

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to help me with a project:
MacOS Desktop app which allows someone to enter their email address (touch screen), press send and then in the background an email is sent with photos attached from a specific folder (can use local Mail app with email account.
The email field screen must have a 15 second timeout before returning to splash screen.
After they enter their email address and click send it must then show a message "You Photos are on the way"
