Recover my iCloud/notes
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
Required: A freelancer who:
a) is very familiar with Apple iCloud,
b) has access to an Apple device with a fairly current version of macOS (specifically, iOS9, OSX 10.11 or later), and
c) is able to communicate well in written English.
The task: To download my iCloud notes (as individual files or as a single folder containing all of my notes) as .txt, .rtf or .doc files.
The Context: My Apple equipment is very old and will not update as necessary to work properly with iCloud.
The iCloud for Windows app does not display iCloud notes as a feature.
When I access my iCloud Notes page (https://www.icloud.com/notes/) using my Windows PC (with a fast internet connection and an updated browser), the site responds very slowly and will only allow me to copy the first 10 files. It then provides a "Cannot Load Note" message for all of the remaining files.
The iCloud Drive feature (https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive/) does not display an option to download all of the notes in a single folder (as it should). Instead, it says:
"Important: To use iCloud Drive, you’ll need to
upgrade your account. If you upgrade, you won’t be
able to access documents in iCloud from devices with
iOS 7 or OS X Mavericks. You’ll need to install iOS
8, OS X Yosemite, or later. Learn more…
-- Not Now -- Upgrade iCloud Drive"
According to a notice the site provides, it will be necessary to open the icloud.com/notes page using iOS9, OSX 10.11 (or later) to upgrade my account in order to access all of my files on the site.
Once downloaded, the files (or folder) will need to be posted in a location where I can access them, or they will need to be forwarded directly to me.

b) a solid cost estimate
