My husband is a narcissist who is domestically and financially abusing me. I have been held captive in the marital house with no furniture or basics with a below poverty level weekly stipend while he just bought a brand new Maserati and has been cheating on me for years. Is cyber stalking me. He can get into any device I have - he had wired the house for hidden cameras and mics. I crawled into the attic to cut the cables not realizing he changed the floor from plywood to drywall and fell through the attic ceiling 10' down landing on the concrete slab breaking my back and getting a very serious concussion. He tried to stab me. Then I was diagnosed with End of Life Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease. Stepdad passed and left over $300K in his checking account that was marital funds, he used adobe and altered the family trust to include him which the original did not and is living the dream. I have been isolated and extremely depressed for 2 years. He took control of all of my devices and logged into my Go Daddy account and closed my business - left the website up - but took down my email and phone #. He can steal anything in any of my devices. I have not cheated and took care of his dying parents - also his attorney lies a lot and husband didn't disclose a lot in his FA's. So I need someone strong who can work with this mess. I have nothing anymore but my car and my beautiful dogs and a mattress on the floor. Not even TV. He is 63 - so I want to ensure I receive what is fair and equitable - we have 2 homes. One is a Georgia vacation cabin - his dream and the marital house of which he has refused to make any repairs on including an 18 year old leaking roof with black mold growing inside. Anyone who has knowledge on how to successfully strategize to beat a very twisted, cruel, narcissist who enjoys holding me captive in a house he knows I hate before I ever moved in back in 2012. We just hit our 10 year anniversary. I am looking for alimony and back alimony, fair share of 401 (k), they motions are filled with perjury of which I have written evidence proving their lies..... if you are a great strategist to deal with evil people - please let me know. Pre-Trial is April 30 and I plan to file for FJ right after. He wants to drag this out for his fun to torture me. Anyone up for a challenge?
