Appfolio Sec Deps (Owner held)

We are struggling with the Appfolio Owner Held Sec Dep set up and how to update them. Appfolio has been helping us however they say we are taking up too much support time.
We need help updating them, posting move outs, posting move ins and the diagnostic report.
