Help us analyze customer data (using ChurnZero) to reduce churn and gain insight

We provide a SaaS solution to construction contractor businesses. I am looking for a freelancer to help manage our ChurnZero account in order to reduce churn and gain insight. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing customer data and developing a plan to reduce churn and gain insights.

Tasks:
- Analyzing customer data to identify patterns and trends
- Developing a plan to reduce churn and gain insights
- Setting up automation workflows to streamline processes
- Creating targeted campaigns to engage and retain customers

Experience and Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze customer data
- Experience working with ChurnZero or similar customer success platforms
- Knowledge of best practices in customer retention and churn reduction
- Experience developing and implementing automation workflows
- Proficiency in creating targeted campaigns to engage and retain customers

This would either be a long-term part-time or full-time position.
