Optimize Mac App Store Listing

Job ID: 40624107

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I need a thorough, data-driven overhaul of the App Store presence for my macOS utility, Scribe PDF (30+ PDF manipulation tools). The primary goal is to increase downloads, and the quickest win will come from sharpening our keywords and overall metadata.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A full keyword research report rooted in current market trends—what people are actually typing today when they look for PDF editors and related productivity tools.
• A rewritten title, subtitle, and keyword set that maximises relevance while respecting Apple’s character limits and policy guidelines.
• A refreshed long description that sells benefits in plain language, incorporates the new keyword strategy naturally, and highlights our unique 30-tool feature set.
• Creative direction for new screenshots and an updated app icon so the visual story aligns with the positioning you craft. You don’t need to design the graphics yourself, but I do need a clear storyboard and style guidance my designer can follow.
• Benchmarking: before-and-after visibility projections plus at least three measurable KPIs we can track (download lift, search rank gains, conversion rate).

Please refer to the current listing here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/scribe-pdf/id6784686119?mt=12. I will provide store access and any internal usage data you request. If you’ve boosted other Mac apps, especially in the productivity space, I’d love to see concrete examples.
