Lottery App Submission to Play Store and App Store

We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to assist with the submission of a lottery application developed in React Native to both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Despite having created and configured the Google Play Console, Apple Connect, and Expo accounts, and having all the necessary legal documents, our submissions keep getting rejected.

What's needed:
- Review and fix any issues causing the rejections of our app submission.
- Handle the entire submission process on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store to ensure approval.
