App Store Release for Word Game

I have a fully tested word-puzzle app that runs smoothly on both iOS and iPadOS. Everything—from build settings to assets and screenshots—is finished; the only step left is getting it live on the App Store.
Because I don’t maintain my own Apple Developer account, I’m looking to work with someone who already has an active account and can simply upload the build under their profile. No extra configuration or code changes are required; I’ll provide the signed IPA, bundle identifier, and all metadata as soon as we start.
Deliverable
• Submit the provided build through App Store Connect and confirm it is “Ready for Sale.”
