App Store Optimisation (ASO) and User Growth for a Mobile Application

I am hiring someone to advise and complete app store optimisation (ASO) improvements for my mobile application called Sea Shell.

Sea Shell is a content media mobile application. Content media is a curated composition of articles, videos, memes, and other great internet content.

The app is available worldwide in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

I am looking to hire someone to complete these three tasks:

1. Increase app downloads/installs
2. Deliver positive user engagement (ratings and reviews) of the app on app stores
3. Improve search results and rankings for the app in the App Store and the Play Store

I am interested to hear what app store optimisation ideas you have for Sea Shell.

I am willing to pay for ideas such as ads and keyword targeting if these will deliver results.
