ASO and Google Ads Expert Needed to Promote Mobile Games

We develop mobile games and are looking for someone who is experienced with user acquisition and monetization of mobile games.
Should be able to advertise the game with Google and FB paid ads from his/her own account (we will add funds, ofcourse). Freelancers with respective certifications and experience are preferred.

Please note that this project is for initial consultation and work. After initial testing and results, we will start an on-going relation with the selected freelancer and we will have some contract or agreement.
