Multi-language App Setup and Customization

I need help to set up and customize my driver and customer apps, along with the admin panel.

Requirements:
- Setup admin panel in English and Arabic (translation services needed)
- Upload driver and customer apps to our Google Play and Apple Store accounts
- Setup Firebase or database connection
- Change app name, logo, and one color in branding (exact color codes provided), and add Arabic language support

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with admin panels (Django, Laravel, React)
- Mobile app deployment on Google Play and Apple Store
- Firebase and database integration
- Proficiency in app localization and branding adjustments
