web app for manage my own football club

I'm looking for a web app developer for my WEB APP should be responsive and easy to use with a mobile. So, we want develop an WEB AP, and then, a mobile app to fill the information that the app needs to run.
This app is oriented to manage:
- My team
- My competition
- My trainings
I’m open to develop 1by 1 and pay by milestones. Lets go to start with the aspect of my app.

1. I need manage enrolment users section. That means that I should add new users and my users have to use their credentials to access into my app and they can modify everything regarding their account user.
2. I need to create player profiles with this info. Also, each player should have access to his profile and statistics (we will talk about this in a future).
3. I need to create a team or football group where:
a. I can add my football players
b. I can add my coaches and other workers (users)
4. I need to create leagues where:
a. Add my team created
b. Create a schedule match
5. I need to manage a session planer where:
a. I can design my own exercises
b. I can design my own season
6. I need to manage statistics from my info fillered about my matches. This should be for teams and players:
a. Goals scored
b. Goals received
c. Red & yellow cards
d. Best scorers
e. Minutes played
f. Matches played
g. % of minutes played
h. Ratio goal scoreds
i. Etc…

Definitively, I want have the same functionalities from some parts of different football app to create my own app with the best of them. I can give you some videos to show you what I need.
