personal app store

need an personal app store where I can add apps from panel and app images, that way customers click on the app inside the store and prompts them to install the app of choice. I want it to look like the picture attached and want to have the ability to be able to add and remove apps at anytime aswell as change the app image logo and change app download links. I also need a panel for the app where I can add the apps, app logos, and app download links. need an app for both ANDROID PHONE and ANDROID TV.
