I need a developer to repair a program that was discontinued 6 yrs ago. The program still works, but the server is no longer available. So I need to set up a new server for the program. I have attached the program and development files

The program is a relational data base to used to verify conformance to specification of various steel grades and parts. The program works but needs a new server address. I have attached a test data base along with the program and development files. This is my companies program, I can't fix it because my developer passed away. I think it will also need updatd to a windows 10 application
