macOS Data Manager App

I need a desktop application built exclusively for macOS whose core purpose is clean, reliable data management. Think of an intuitive tool that lets users easily import, organise, search, edit and export datasets without ever leaving a native macOS environment.
Here is what I’m aiming for: a polished .app bundle that feels right at home on the latest macOS release, uses Apple-recommended frameworks (Swift or Objective-C with SwiftUI/AppKit), and stores information locally in a robust format—Core Data or SQLite are fine by me as long as performance stays smooth with large records.
Key points I want you to cover
• A straightforward workspace where users can create custom fields, filter records and run quick searches.
• Secure, sandbox-friendly storage so the app passes notarisation and Gatekeeper without warnings.
• Simple import/export (CSV at minimum) to let data flow in and out easily.
• A minimal reporting view—tables or basic charts—to preview insights without third-party tools.
Deliverables
1. Compiled, notarised macOS application (.app + signed installer or DMG)
2. Full Xcode project with readable source code and build instructions
3. A brief user guide or on-boarding screen explaining the main actions
Acceptance criteria: the app launches on an Apple-silicon Mac running the current macOS version, performs CRUD operations on at least 10,000 sample rows with no noticeable lag, and successfully exports them to CSV.
