To create an item tracker / workflow. Basically one screen having several fields starting as status Draft then Open, then Submitted for Closure then either Closed or Return to Open. each record will action plans of one or more records. Users will have access to the record and depends on their access level they may add, edit or change status. when status changes the app will send notification emails to assigned users on the record
