Video Editor for Apps

I'm looking to add video editor to my apps.

This will be a new app so what framework should we use?

1. App needs to take videos and post to user account.
2. Upload multiple video clips and adjust length of each clip to create 1 video.
3. Add text overlays and adjust location and size.
